Our Vision
Fostering Christ-centered collaboration to enhance sustainable health and wellness for the underserved in our communities and beyond.
The Collective Mercy Vision
The needs of the impoverished are vast and complex, often overwhelming individual churches and faith-based organizations working in isolation. But when we unite to advance Christ's Kingdom through humanitarian and medical efforts, we can achieve something far greater than the sum of our parts.
At Collective Mercy, we believe that collaborative partnerships are exponentially more effective than "silos of service" in meeting the multifaceted needs of underserved communities. By adopting holistic approaches that minister to the body, mind, and spirit, we provide individuals and families with comprehensive care that addresses not just immediate physical needs, but the deeper roots of poverty and despair.
Our vision is simple yet transformative: to help individuals, families, and entire communities transition from the anguish of poverty to hope, sustainability, and self-sufficiency through Christ-led care. We accomplish this by fostering collaborative relationships among churches and non-profit organizations across diverse disciplines, denominations, and nations, enabling them to create a shared vision for collective impact.

How We Serve
Collective Mercy serves to empower and amplify the vision of our collaborative partners. We provide the framework and support that enables faith communities to work together effectively.
Bringing the Underserved to Christ
For those who face a world of unending hopelessness and despair, every interaction with those who show compassionate care provides an opportunity to share the love found in Christ, changing a life towards hope and promise.
Holistic Health and Wellness
We foster comprehensive approaches that minister to the whole person: body, mind, guided by the Holy Spirit to provide families with complete care that leads to lasting transformation.
Empowering Healthcare Volunteers
We connect volunteers to meaningful opportunities to share their blessings and talents in service to Christ through their church, expanding their impact on their communities.
Strategic Partnerships
We assess the needs of the community and connect churches with Christ-centered healthcare organizations and clinics in need of volunteers to provide essential services to vulnerable populations.
Community Unity
We unite volunteers, churches, and organizations to work collectively for the health and well-being of the broken and underserved, fulfilling God's purpose for His people.
A New Pathway Forward
We provide an innovative platform where faith communities can unite around a shared vision for collective impact, moving beyond isolated efforts to coordinated, sustainable change.
About the Founder
Dr. Gregory Hill
Dr. Gregory Hill, CEO and founder of Collective Mercy, brings three decades of experience in medical missions and a passionate commitment to collaborative, Christ-centered healthcare ministry. His vision is to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare to the unreached and impoverished through strategic partnerships that unite churches, organizations, and healthcare volunteers across denominational and national boundaries. As a non-interventional cardiologist at a major 1,200-bed hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Hill has served as Medical Director for Cardiac CT and Section Chief of Cardiology, while also contributing as Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor and Cardiology Fellowship Program Director at the Oklahoma State University Health Science Center.
Dr. Hill's global ministry experience spans 30 years across Tanzania, Peru, Nicaragua, Mexico, and urban centers throughout the United States. His leadership capabilities were demonstrated when he served as National Medical Director for the 1Nation1Day Peru Campaign in 2019, coordinating medical care for over 1,000 team members across 14 clinics throughout Peru. Since 2018, he has served as a member of the Missions.Me Medical Advisory Council and is currently spearheading multidisciplinary, multinational partnerships focused on delivering comprehensive medical and humanitarian services in Arequipa, Peru, through Collective Compassion International.
Dr. Hill's approach to servant leadership combines a kingdom mindset with practical action, recognizing that the complex needs of impoverished communities require coordinated responses that address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. His heart for collaborative ministry stems from witnessing firsthand how the medical and humanitarian needs of the impoverished often overwhelm individual organizations, while unified efforts create lasting, transformational change that honors God and serves His people with excellence and compassion.

You Are Equipped to Make a Difference
Every day that passes, people in our community struggle with health challenges they cannot afford to address. Families choose between medical care and basic necessities. Children grow up without access to preventive healthcare that could change the trajectory of their lives.
Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
